• Collect certified copies of court verdicts/judgments related to company cases and deliver them to relevant police stations, legal authorities, and concerned institutions.

• Monitor ongoing legal cases regularly and maintain close coordination with lawyers, courts, and enforcement agencies.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly status reports on running and resolved cases for management review.

• Follow up on case execution processes to ensure timely enforcement of legal judgments.

• Communicate with customers involved in legal disputes to negotiate settlements before final verdicts whenever possible.

• Assist in recovery efforts through legal and negotiated channels.

• Maintain accurate records of all legal documents, settlements, court orders, and field activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments, legal advisors, and external stakeholders regarding case progress.

• Visit courts, police stations, and other legal offices as required for case-related duties.

• Support management in minimizing legal risks and maximizing recovery from disputed accounts.

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

• Strong understanding of legal procedures, court processes, and field-level case management.

• Good negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to travel frequently for fieldwork.

• Experience in legal recovery, litigation support, or case coordination will be preferred.

• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
