Regularize the discussion on sales issue with sales team.
Collect information from market Price and Discount of Competitors.
Preparation of monthly Bill of distributors.
Random verification of distributors claims like damage.
Random verification of field forces.
Salary Process of sales team.
Incentive process of Distributors and Sales Forces.
Recruitment process of sales & marketing staffs.
Maintain attendance, market relation, target achievement records.
Preparing Sales Agenda & Minutes.
Damage & Sales Return Process.
Marketing Recruitment & Selection Process.
Distributor Opening process.
Distributor Open on ERP Payroll software.
Manpower Open on ERP Payroll software.
Maintaining all documents of Distributors and Manpower.
Documents Update.
Pending & Delivery Phone Call.
Daily Secondary sales Query.
Monitor the Delivery Channel.
Perform other investigative jobs as assigned by management.
