∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Very Good capable in Knitting Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring for overall knitting production with quality of fabric.
∎ To do knitting plan and having sound knowledge & experience on Yarn quality, Yarn types and fabrication etc.
∎ Monthly Production report and quality report have to submit to Top Management.
∎ Meet sample and bulk fabrics in dead line.
∎ Record and properly document test result.
∎ Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Accountability has to provide for any kind of problem in Fabrics Quality.
∎ Knowledge of yarn, combined with understanding of selecting right Machine dia for greige fabric production.
∎ Monthly Production report and quality report have to submit to Top Management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about knit fabrics knitting / dyeing finishing process / procedure.
∎ Manage fabric quality platform from outside factory and ensure inspection and quality control.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Co-ordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest level of performance standard.
∎ Find out per-production risk assessment of those fabrics.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garment factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in AGM (Knitting) Position.
∎ Candidates should have excellent knowledge in different types of yarns & fabrics.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in knitting and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Knowledge of quality system in Greige Fabrics production.
∎ Fabric Development: new ideas for marketing will be considered as additional qualification.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
