∎ 12 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve GSD analysis of 80% of the incoming (next seasons) order before bulk production
∎ To reconfirm Cycle Checks during input and consecutive four weeks
∎ Ensure Cycle Check and Line Balancing
∎ Up-date style-wise SMV during and after production period
∎ To advice management regarding maintenance and any change of installation
∎ Maintain Lean concept and accomplish 5S targets
∎ Identify, collect and disseminate best practice among the floor managements
∎ Cost optimization of process and product

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Leadership skill
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office package
∎ Sincere, dedicated, hard working & result oriented
