Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

MBA in HRM will be preferred.

1. Lead overall HR functions of the factory.

2. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, buyer requirements, and company policies.

3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee retention.

4. Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

5. Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.

6. Coordinate social compliance audits and ensure timely closure of corrective action plans.

7. Supervise payroll-related activities, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.

8. Manage factory administration, security, transport, and other support services.

9. Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

10. Support organizational growth through effective people management and employee engagement initiatives.
