Additional Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage labor relations, including union handling.

  • Proficiency in dealing with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

  • Sound knowledge of factory operations, compliance audits, and employee management.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Human Resources Management:

    • Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and SOPs aligned with organizational objectives.

    • Formulate, circulate, and ensure implementation of factory-wide Increment & Promotion policies.

    • Design and oversee training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and productivity.

    • Lead recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, and increment processes.

    • Provide expert HR guidance to the Executive Team to support organizational growth.

    • Resolve employee grievances and stress-related issues through proactive engagement.

    • Enforce discipline procedures aligned with legal and organizational standards.

    • Foster a culture of punctuality, professionalism, and accountability across departments.

  • Administration:

    • Direct overall administrative operations within the factory to ensure efficiency.

    • Provide seamless administrative and logistic support to all departments and employees.

    • Maintain effective liaison with government bodies (BGMEA, BKMEA, RSC, Fire Service, Labor Court, etc.).

    • Handle trade union relations and labor-related issues with tact and professionalism.

    • Execute all protocol-related duties and represent the organization in corporate engagements.

  • Compliance & Audit:

    • Ensure strict adherence to buyer Code of Conduct and factory compliance requirements.

    • Monitor and follow up with RSC and CAPs to ensure compliance standards are maintained.

    • Plan, coordinate, and support social, technical, and compliance audits.

    • Professionally engage with buyers and coordinate their factory visits.

    • Stay updated with and ensure full compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and industry standards.

  • Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Conduct regular follow-ups to drive operational efficiency and minimize labor-related risks.

    • Prepare and submit daily reports to the CHRO on factory operations and departmental performance.

    • Assist management in the effective execution of administrative and HR functions.

    • Regularly review departmental performance to ensure smooth, risk-free operations.
