HIMALOY CEMENT, sister concern of Noapara Group is looking for competent candidates for the Position of " AGM-Head of Sales".
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning -
Identify target markets, sales channels, and develop effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Establish and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Market Development & Expansion -
Search for new markets and build a strong network of dealers, retailers, and customers.
Identify and explore new geographic regions, market segments, and applications for the company’s cement products.
Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and project developers.
Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly.
Sales Execution & Monitoring -
Achieve sales targets by identifying market opportunities and managing both new and existing accounts.
Review sales performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, implementing strategies to improve results.
Continuously visit the market to ensure targets are met and assess customer needs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis -
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and programs, and report regularly to management.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and product development.
Operational Excellence -
Ensure proper implementation of credit policies and oversee receivables management to minimize risks.
Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor inventory levels to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain.
Team Leadership & Development -
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to build a high-performing workforce.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer relationship management.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
