Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution of all production work of converting inputs into outputs as per buyers' instructions. To monitor cutting, sewing, finishing and packing reports and ensure shipments are made on time. Work with the Supplier Production Planning team to make a plan and to liaise with the Supplier Management to ensure the delivery. To give necessary instructions to the Production / Cutting / Sample team to make a sample of a buyer in order to get the approval of mass production. To closely monitor, and ensure the implementation of the production schedule. Will be responsible to ensure production daily targets are met, and will be responsible if any supplier fails to achieve the production target. Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers' quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.).
∎ To ensure quality concern people work independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, audit, In-process inspection, in-line inspection, skip bundle, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable. Overseeing, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement.
∎ Inline & Midline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ To prepare and monitor production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; monitor and work with merchandising to ensure all materials are in-house and approvals are all received.
∎ Will be responsible about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made and shipped without hassle in inspections. Will be responsible to coordinate with the Quality team so that defective goods are not produced.
∎ Must ensure all proper documentation of all activities in the production & Quality are arranged, as per industry and buyer standards and maintain daily follow up.
∎ Must coordinate with all concerned so that production progresses as per plan & ensure quality Getting successful inspection done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
