Education:
Master’s degree in Animal Husbandry/Animal Nutrition/Veterinary Science (DVM), or a related field from a reputed university

Strong knowledge of feed ingredients, additives, and feed formulation.
Experience in software-based feed formulation and quality control.
Proven experience in the feed industry, with expertise in poultry, cattle, and fish feed formulation and production.
Prior experience in managing a technical support team is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and raw material assessment.
Hands-on experience in feed production processes and quality control measures.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills related to feed quality and animal health.
Willingness to travel across company locations as per operational needs.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and optimize poultry, cattle, and fish feed formulations to ensure nutritional balance and cost efficiency.
Ensure feed quality by continuously evaluating raw materials, additives, and new feed technologies.
Ensure regulatory and safety compliance in feed production processes.
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement new feed performance strategies.
Work closely with top management on strategic decision-making regarding feed quality improvements and new product development.
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales and marketing teams regarding all products.
Train and guide nutritionists, technical staff, and the DVM Technical Support Team to enhance their product knowledge and efficiency in supporting farmers, dealers, and marketing efforts.
