Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Minimum B.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering / EEE from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Knitting and Dyeing, Mechanical Mainteanc, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Compressors, Boiler Maintenance, Gas Generator, Knitting Machine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for electrical design, planning & maintenance of equipments and machineries of the factories.
∎ Ensure electrical maintenance periodically.
∎ Ensure Utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects.
∎ Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC - 2006
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Utility & Maintenance Dept.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
∎ Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Knit Composite.
∎ Capable of coordinate a Mechanical maintenance team.
∎ Must have experience in modern manufacturing electrical designs and maintenance plants.
∎ Installation and Maintenance of Electro-mechanical system
∎ Repairs of electronic boards would be an advantage.
