∎ Masters from any recognized university or
∎ B.SC in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QA team for better output
∎ Ensure that buyers' specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer
∎ Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs
∎ Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 to 14 year experience in the field of Quality Assurance in reputed large scale Garments Industry including 5-6 years' experience in Managerial position.
∎ Working experience in Knit Garments / Woven Jacket / outerwear products will be preferred.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
∎ Proven leadership, problem-solving skill and ability
∎ Excellent communication skill is a must
∎ Proficient in computer operation
