Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M. Com / MBS in Accounting / Finance from any reputed University.
∎ CA (CC) / CMA part qualified.
∎ CMA inter / CA inter will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Competency Requirements: MS Office Suite, email internet Browsing.
∎ Skills Required: Audit,Internal Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in timely checking of all kinds of bills, vouchers before payment.
∎ Preparing the auditing process plans according to the identified risks and risk-contingents to resolve.
∎ Prepare and implement to the development of internal audit system.
∎ Plan, set up and implement operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company's operation.
∎ Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Conducts the risks based audits according to the corporate guide lines and identify the non-compliance.
∎ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, prudence, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Supervise auditing of establishments, and determine scope of investigation required.
∎ Physical verification of assets and reconciling the records maintained in the company's jurisdiction.
∎ Maintain audit files by documenting the audit procedures used and each of the audit reports completed, including effective quality control processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of Internal Audit control methods and practices.
