Experience in Research and Development, Fabric development, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop new fabric from Buyer by leading a R&D team combined with both knitting and dyeing technicians.
∎ To develop an archive for fabric with all records of manufacturing parameter.
∎ To execute and coordinate all activities of R&D department on to ensure excellent support to Buyer.
∎ To deliver all R&D sample parameter and precautionary steps to Bulk responsible department and ensure the execution procedure.
∎ To develop new sample for factory out of Buyer requirement for excellence of the department.
∎ To research with various processes and techniques of fabric manufacturing to reduce cost and achieve value added attributes.
∎ To lead a well equipped knit dyeing factory and ensure maximum production output .
∎ To solve all the fabric related issues to remove all bottlenecks of daily fabric delivery requirement.
∎ To implement specific and effective dyeing techniques to improve daily dyeing production.
∎ To take effective proactive measures to avoid various dyeing faults.
∎ To report all departmental requirements and activities to relevant superior.
∎ To develop the SOP & required policy/procedure for R & D department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on R&D of Knitting & Dyeing.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office.
