Job Context:
∎ Sunshine Bricks Ltd. (SBL) is one of the concerns of Sunshine Industries Ltd. (a sister concern of Mirpur Ceramics Ltd. & Khadim Ceramics Ltd.) located in Habiganj district. SBL is going to product different types of clay products and various Engineering bricks as like Mirpur Ceramics Ltd.
∎ We are looking for a competent individual to look after the below mentioned activities as 2nd in command in the project, SBL.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to supervise, monitor and coordinate the activities of all Dept/Unit/Section Heads of the Project.
∎ Responsible to ensure proper utilization of the work force in the Project and bring out the desired result through effective team effort.
∎ Responsible to ensure sound management of the Project workers to avoid any kind of unrest in the SBL premises.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely & economic purchase of different items including clay during the clay procuring season, proper storage & issue to the user Departments / Units / Sections keeping adequate accountability as per Local Purchase Process & Clay Purchase Policy.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective security of the property of the company lying / installed within SBL premises through the Security Section.
∎ Responsible to ensure the achievement of minimum production target with desired quality, as determined by the Management.
∎ Responsible to maintain regular liaison and deals effectively with Local Administration, Govt. & Semi Govt. and Private Organizations for ensuring smooth operation of the Project.
∎ Responsible to ensure proper compliance of all existing Policies of the Company including Office Orders & Instructions issued from time to time by the Competent Authority.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Min 5 years in senior supervisory role.
∎ Retired Army Officers are also encouraged to apply.
