Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule, execute & follow up schedule for monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.
∎ Provide technical support for all machinery to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss.
∎ Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division.
∎ To ensure Zero breakdown of plant & machines.
∎ Supervise and monitor the engineering and technical staff.
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery
∎ Supervise managing stocks of electrical spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble-free operation.
∎ Lead and motivate team members for achieve the desired result.
∎ Supervision of erection and commissioning of machinery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 year(s) floor level experience in Spinning Factory.
∎ The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical issues and problem-solving capacity of the factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support.
∎ Minimum 5 year's service experience as head of department (Electrical) in reputed export oriented spinning factory.
