Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidates with PGD in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Environmental Compliance, Factory Compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and implement buyers COC and requirement of applicable certification program/standard like WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, FLO-Fairtrade, GOTS etc.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social/ethical/environmental/technical/ Security/QMS audit.
∎ Prepare/update policy/procedure/SOP/WI’s for compliance.
∎ Maintain and renew all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ Conduct internal compliance audit in regular basis based on internal checklist and follow- up/report to the management
∎ Conducting training/awareness/counseling in regular basis to monitor the workers.
∎ Organize PC and EHS committee meeting.
∎ Responsible for looking after, implementing and following up all kinds of Compliance & applicable Legal issues in the Factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Ability to lead a group of people in a proficient manner.
∎ Precise knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and its applications.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in both written and oral English.
∎ Must have the ability to perform well under pressure.
