∎ At least 10 year(s)

Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor commercial team & Follow up their day to day activities of import, Bond-Customs B2B L/C opening etc.
∎ Follow up to resolve issues with shipping line, Port, C&F agent etc.
∎ Monitoring Back to Back L/C opening process to submit to Bank on time to support supply chain.
∎ Communicate & Physical visit to Bank, BGMEA Bond-Customs as on when required.
∎ Follow up with Import team to manage on time in house all raw materials, import process following import Policies.
∎ Instruct & guide team to execute ERP System update on time.
∎ Ensure all other activities of Commercial Department i.e. insurance, customs audit & Original import documents on time submission to clear goods.
∎ Support A/C & Finance as well as merchandise department on priority.
∎ Monitor & Manage transport policy for proper transportation of Import & export goods.
∎ Monitor & Guide team to work with Government institutions & autonomous bodies i.e. BGMEA, BANK, EPB, CUSTOM-BOND etc.
∎ Motivate team, Appraise individual performance & trained-up subordinates.
∎ Guide Cash incentive team as well as supervise their work to get cash flow on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10-15 years of work experience
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
