Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an agile & dynamic team leader of CIVIL ENGINEERING team, who will lead & look after the whole team junior & senior engineers with other construction related staffs & people.
The Company is looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer for its some civil constructions & Steel Structure Shades project in the factory premises.
The Candidates have to be experienced on both civil structure constructions & Steel Structures also.
Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, designers, and contractors to define project scopes, objectives, and technical requirements.
Conduct thorough site assessments to understand hydraulic conditions, sediment transport, navigational requirements, and potential environmental impacts.
Develop comprehensive construction plans, methodologies, and sequencing commissioning, erecting management.
Design, review and/or approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards. Design /construction of Civil & steel structures Shades or buildings.
Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Generating regular progress reports and documentation for the assigned project and other stakeholders as required.
Oversee the execution of marine construction projects, including coordination of equipment, materials, workforce, and safety protocols.
Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Address unexpected challenges during construction, applying creative problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement measures for minimizing ecological impacts.
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community members to provide project updates and address concerns.
Having knowledge on BNBC code for building constructions are preferred.
