• Age 27 to 37 years

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to automobile related products or services.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

• Educate field engineer & dealer on maintenance, safety, and best practices for motorcycle usage.

• Organize workshops or training sessions for customers on motorcycle care and maintenance.

• Technical Coordination for New Model Launching.

• Coordinating with Principal & Distributor`s after sales service team for Emergency Customer/Dealer Support.

• Warranty Analysis and Cost Minimization.

• Monitoring of dealer network and service parts business.

• Service promotional and related activities.

• Prepare regular reports for management .

• Identify areas for process improvement within the after-sales service department.

• Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant training sessions.
