Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of experience of working in Public Health program, at least 5 years in MNH service delivery
∎ Experience of working at a senior level engaging with multiple stakeholders within internal and external entities
∎ Sound knowledge on recent global movements around QI in health care, especially about WHO MNH and Pediatric QoC standards and approach
∎ Understanding of MOHFW structures from national through community level and in-depth knowledge on 4th HPNSP operation plans related to MNH and QoC
∎ Advanced skills on reporting and documentation
∎ Demonstrated experience on developing training materials, tools and techniques
∎ Good understanding of Health Service Accreditation and other regulatory mechanisms
∎ Experience of working in a clinical setting, ability to work within government system
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English both oral and written
