Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS) is required, preferably with MPH/post graduate degree in Microbiology/Virology/ Immunology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-12 years of working experience in Immunology/public health programs. A high level of expertise in health programs with focus on EPI program, especially in providing technical assistance to national governments is required.
∎ Experience in working with MOHFW, partnership program with Government, NGOs, and private sectors are required.
∎ High level of expertise in program planning, developing preventive, immunological and clinical standards, Vaccine guidelines/tools/ manuals, designing and managing monitoring and evaluation of Vaccine/EPI in public or private sector needed.
∎ A good understanding of National, regional and Sub-national health systems and processes would be an advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are highly required for this position
∎ Facilitation skills for supporting programs and ability to work in competing demand and professional requirements for coordinating sector programs.
∎ Experience in supervision, team work with complex and diversified professionals.
∎ Ability to work comfortably with national, divisional and district government authorities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and when facing deadlines
∎ Adequate skills on reporting, documentation and presentation in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and other related software
