Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep the office files in proper order and make updated filing systems Ensure that letters/ documents etc are placed immediately and accurately in proper files.
∎ Maintain and update personal files of staff of different projects and under development sectors.
∎ Ensure dispatch of different letters from the office of Head of HR.
∎ Keep incoming letters in appropriate files.
∎ Maintain staff-requisition forms.
∎ Maintaining leave and prepare leave statement for HR staff.
∎ Assist other HR staff members as and when required.
∎ Purchase materials asset and input for HRM Unit.
∎ Prepare confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, letters to the supervisors informing regarding the probationary end date of staff under their supervision, Experience Certificate to the staff members, NOC for the staff members, Transfer letters, Assist HR staff to prepare different HR related letters
∎ Call and send messages to the candidates for attending interview and joining in different project/ program.
∎ Receive CVs and create recruitment files

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
