Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & supervising the activities of various sections of Administration, Management, Purchase, Shipping etc.
∎ Procurement and Vendor Management
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations.
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth.
∎ Ensure employees work productivity & good governance.
∎ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
∎ Able to find quick solution in critical situation through close monitoring
∎ Develop a clear understanding of organizational HR and other relevant policies to ensure better management & transparency
∎ To follow & implement the top management instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10-15 years of practical experience in office/company Management.
∎ Looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated, career-oriented multitask experienced & confident to work in a challenging situation with sufficient professional experience & good command in English.
