∎ *Overseeing administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
∎ * Managing day-to-day operations of the factory Office, including maintenance and cleanliness
∎ * Monitoring and managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
∎ *Budgeting and Cost Control:
∎ * Participating in budget planning and controlling costs within the administrative department.
∎ * Ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
∎ * Facilitating effective communication between different departments and levels of staff.
∎ * Maintaining accurate records related to employees, inventory, and administrative processes.
