Job Context:
∎ HELVETAS Bangladesh is looking for a qualified and experienced person for Admin and HR Officer in Cox`s Bazar based Regional Office. This position would directly supervise by the Regional Finance and Service Manager to ensure time for 70% in Admin, 20% in HR and 10% in Procurement functions.
∎ 12 months initial contract

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for day-to-day office management including procurement, vehicle management, inventory management, liaise with local authorities and taking care of more general clerical duties.
∎ With the guidance of Human Resource Manager, assist the Regional Finance and Service Manager to ensure compliance of HELVETAS-Personnel regulations in human resource management.
∎ HELVETAS Cox's Bazar Regional Office Programme is administered efficiently and effectively ensuring proper adherence to HELVETAS policies and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 -5 years of working experience in Admin and HR/ Procurement/Logistics at Local and International NGOs.
∎ Good at MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, MS Team and Skype for Business.
∎ Fluent in English, Bengali native speaker, Chittagonian desirable.
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar will be an advantage.
∎ Honest, Transparent and Good in communication.

Salary:
∎ Salary range BDT. 70,000/- to 90,000/- including all benefits
