Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary professional to lead our Non-Life Insurance Company as Additional Managing Director. The Addl.MD will be responsible for overall strategic direction, operational management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company objectives

• Ensure compliance with regulations of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority Bangladesh (IDRA)

• Oversee underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and overall insurance operations

• Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion

• Must have special competence in insurance business marketing.

• Must have expertise in domestic and foreign reinsurance relevant activities.

• Maintain strong corporate governance and risk management practices

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies

• Liaison with Board of Directors, regulators, and stakeholders

• Lead organizational development and human resource management
