Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary professional to lead our Non-Life Insurance Company as Additional Managing Director. The Addl.MD will be responsible for overall strategic direction, operational management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company objectives
Ensure compliance with regulations of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority Bangladesh (IDRA)
Oversee underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and overall insurance operations
Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion
Must have special competence in insurance business marketing.
Must have expertise in domestic and foreign reinsurance relevant activities.
Maintain strong corporate governance and risk management practices
Develop and implement long-term business strategies
Liaison with Board of Directors, regulators, and stakeholders
Lead organizational development and human resource management
