Job Context:
∎ The role will assist the sales team to have adequate supply of informed leads.
∎ The Prime responsibility of the role is to plan, manage and execute different promotions and lead generation activities in their region at branch/sales office level on a regular basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing the promotion, taking buy-in of all the stake holders, arranging external ground agencies to execute the same.
∎ Drive on ground activities, regional level campaigns to support local teams.
∎ Interact with local institutions, partners and stakeholders and arrange regular activation, dialogues, and seminars as per the plan.
∎ Make sure that all new and existing offices have ample visibility in the catchment area.
∎ Arrange temporary or semi-permanent visibility avenues for the offices including promotions for various products, launch activities, anniversary celebrations etc.
∎ Ensure that offices have adequate merchandising material in the office including all types of display material. Regularly interact with the offices on the importance of using approved, standard & updated collateral and other items as part of brand guideline.
