Responsibilities & Context:
∎ PKSF ও বিভিন্ন ব্যাংকের আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রাপ্ত এবং এমআরএ সনদ প্রাপ্ত (সনদ নং: ০০৬৮৪-০২৯০৯-০০২৬৫) ক্ষুদ্র ঋণ প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান "এ্যাডো” এর শাখা সম্প্রসারনের লক্ষ্যে নিম্নলিখিত পদে পুরুষ/মহিলা যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে আবেদন আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

∎ বেতনঃ শিক্ষানবীশ ২৪,০০০ টাকা, স্থায়ীকরনের পর ২৮,০০০ টাকা, (এইচ.এস.সি পাস শিক্ষানবীশ ২২,০০০ টাকা) (স্থায়ীকরনের পর এইচ.এস.সি পাস ২৫,০০০ টাকা), জ্বালানী ৩০০০ টাকা, মোবাইল ৩০০ টাকা। (অভিজ্ঞদের আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে)

∎ শর্তাবলীঃ (ক) সকল পদের জন্য শিক্ষানবীশ কাল ৬ মাস তবে। (খ) সকল পদের প্রার্থীকে মাঠ পর্যায়ে অবস্থান করে ব্যক্তিগত মোটর সাইকেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সে থাকতে হবে। (গ) সকল পদে চাকুরীতে যোগদানের সময় ফেরতযোগ্য জামানত বাবদ ১ (এক) মাসের বেতনের সমপরিমাণ টাকা এবং সংস্থার চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কাগজপত্র জমা দিতে হবে। (ঘ) নির্বাহী পরিচালক বরাবর নিজ হাতে লেখা আবেদন পত্র, মোবাইল নম্বর সহ পূর্ণ জীবন বৃত্তান্ত, আবেদন ফি বাবদ নগদ ২০০/- টাকা অথবা সংস্থা বরাবর ২০০/- টাকার ব্যাংক পে-অর্ডার অথবা পোস্টাল অর্ডার, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি, ০৪ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি, এন.আই.ডি কার্ডের সত্যায়িত কপি, খামের উপরে পদের নাম উল্লেখ করে জমা দিতে হবে। (ঙ) আবেদন পত্র ১৪/০৭/২০২৫ তারিখ মধ্যে নিম্নঠিকানায় সরাসরি/ডাকযোগে পৌঁছাতে হবে। (চ) আবেদন পত্র প্রাপ্তির পর মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার রোল নম্বর ও স্থান জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে। (ছ) সকল পদের জন্য আগামী ১৮/০৭/২০২৫ তারিখ বেলা ১০:০০ ঘটিকায় লিখিত পরীক্ষা (স্থান পরে জানানো হবে) ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা এ্যাডো প্রধান কার্যালয়, উপজেলা রোড, কুষ্টিয়া ঠিকানায় অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। (জ) চূড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিতদের কর্ম এলাকা কুষ্টিয়া, ঝিনাইদাহ, চুয়াডাঙ্গা, মেহেরপুর, পাবনা ও নাটোর জেলার মধ্যে হবে। (ঝ) নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে এবং

∎ The full meaning of AHDO is Action for Human Development Organization. It is a non-government, non-profitable, non-political and non-sectarian voluntary Development organization was established in 2 September 1995 aiming to promote socioeconomic freedom of the underprivileged in the south-western Part of the country in Bangladesh. It was founded by Mr. J.M. Nazimuddin Akkel.

The formation of AHDO is overall alleviating poverty and improving life hood of the poor resource-less, landless, especially the rural and poor urban people. The strategy of the organization will be based on the principles of equity, trust, dignity, mass community participation, inter sector collaboration efforts combining. Preventive, primitive and rehabilitative measures.

"AHDO strongly trusts on "Holistic Development Approach" for ensued development of the communally through people`s active participatory process in planning, decision making and implementation. To give correct shape to the concept of people’s active participation. AHDO has been adopting non-directive participatory development approach in the working strategy.
