Experience:
Bachelor's degree/HSC in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Science or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in WASH projects in FDMN camps.
Preferred (mandatory) Candidate: Must be a resident of Chattogram Division. Candidates from Cox's Bazar District will be given preference, with highest priority to candidates from Ukhiya Upazila.

Job Purpose
To support the implementation of community-based WASH activities by mobilizing communities, conducting awareness sessions, collecting field information, and ensuring effective coordination with beneficiaries and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Project Manager in the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of project activities in accordance with the approved project document, Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), work plans, budget, and donor requirements.
• Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of project activities and ensure timely achievement of project outputs, outcomes, and quality standards.
• Monitor project inputs, activities, outputs, indicators, and implementation progress, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the preparation, review, and revision of implementation plans, budgets, procurement plans, and activity schedules.
• Ensure efficient, transparent, and cost-effective utilization of project resources in accordance with BRAC policies and donor compliance requirements.
• Review bills, vouchers, procurement requests, and supporting documents to ensure financial and administrative compliance before approval by the Project Manager.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, administration, and operational support to ensure timely implementation of project activities.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and other project progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Organize and facilitate regular project review meetings, follow up on action points, and monitor implementation progress.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits across project locations to supervise implementation, verify work quality, identify challenges, and provide technical and operational guidance.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job capacity building to project staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Coordinate task allocation among project staff and monitor individual and team performance to ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure the quality of WASH infrastructure, community engagement activities, and service delivery in accordance with WASH Sector standards and project requirements.
• Support engineering teams in resolving technical and operational issues affecting project implementation.
• Act as the Camp Focal Point for assigned camps and maintain effective coordination with Camp-in-Charge (CiC), RRRC, WASH Sector partners, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain effective coordination with BRAC, consortium partners, UN agencies, government authorities, community leaders, and implementing partners to support integrated project implementation.
• Lead and strengthen community engagement, Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), localization initiatives, and community participation throughout project implementation.
• Ensure that community feedback and complaints are addressed through the established Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) and that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Support beneficiary targeting, verification, assessments, monitoring, surveys, and project evaluations to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate donor, senior management, government, and external stakeholder visits, ensuring appropriate planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support conflict prevention and resolution at the field level in coordination with the Project Manager and relevant authorities.
• Support emergency WASH preparedness and response activities as required.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination among programme, engineering, procurement, finance, and MEAL teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and confidential maintenance of project records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote gender equality, disability inclusion, protection mainstreaming, and conflict-sensitive programming throughout project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, WASH Sector standards, Sphere Standards, and applicable government regulations.
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of staff, volunteers, contractors, and community members by preventing abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, and discrimination.
• Promote and enforce organizational safeguarding, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), Child Protection, and Code of Conduct policies throughout project implementation.
• Act as a focal person for safeguarding implementation by providing guidance to staff, identifying safeguarding risks, and ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are integrated into project activities.
• Ensure that all safeguarding concerns and reportable incidents are immediately reported through the approved organizational reporting mechanisms while maintaining confidentiality and a survivor-centred approach.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Salary 26,000 BDT per month and others benefit as per project budget.
