Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely monitor and operate all payments and expenditure, Preparing and maintaining stock register, cheque register, asset register etc.
∎ Maintaining Organizational accounts (Cash book/ Bank Book/ Ledger etc), Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely, identify variances in actual expenditure and the budget.
∎ Communicate with the banks and reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly.
∎ Recording Daily transaction into the software.
∎ Maintaining of Purchase & Sales register with all relevant formalities.
∎ Generating billing statements and reports.
∎ Reviewing and approving expense reports.
∎ Maintaining compliance with all state regulations.
∎ Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
∎ Positive about any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software.
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
