Accounts and Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare internal bills, Journal, ledger and post into ERP software
∎ Check party bills and make payments
∎ Maintain certificates related to management
∎ Maintain Tax and VAT related activities
∎ Develop, maintain and preparing periodic accounting reports
∎ Ensure daily accounting transaction is being properly done
∎ Maintain transaction and keep record
∎ Check all kinds of bills & vouchers
∎ Prepare and posting of all types of vouchers
∎ Assist in preparing and submitting financial reports
∎ Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge in ERP or tally accounting software
∎ Ability to handle large Amounts of data
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Organization development/process improvement
∎ Must have knowledge in Company Tax & VAT
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
