Job Context:
∎ Project Summary: PCRCB Project is being implemented to enhance their resilience by focusing on (i) Reducing climate risk at community level through awareness raising, agricultural/water/structural adaptation efforts, skill development and less vulnerable AIGA support (ii) Capacity development of the local community organization for their sustainability and (iii) scaling up the resilience building approach.
∎ Role of this Position: To ensure good governance of the financial and material resources by maintaining appropriate documents, to ensure accountabilities by following the financial policy and guidelines and provide administrative and logistic support to the staff team members in the program areas for effective implementing program activities to achieve project goal and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engaging actively in planning and financial resource allocating (budgeting) for Upazila Office following the guidelines.
∎ Assisting Upazila Coordinator in managing and implementing project activities at Upazila Office with the allocated funds and preparing different financial report.
∎ Ensuring all financial transactions and records are kept systematically at the Upazila Office to ensure easy tracing, verifications and accountability.
∎ Managing cash and bank transactions and ensuring staff and vendor payments are done on time.
∎ Monitoring and following up financial transactions and linking these with program activities implemented
∎ Functioning of relevant administrative task taking care of organization's assets.
∎ Supervising Support Staff
∎ Arrange food, accommodation and logistic support for the visitors, guests
∎ Other task assigned by the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ i. Minimum two years of work experience in similar position in development sector.
∎ ii. Responsible for financial operation, project related procurement, day-to-day expenditure management for implementation of the field level project activities.
∎ iii. Maintenance of regular books of accounts, bank register, inter team office reconciliation of accounts, Trial Balance, Receipt & Payments, Preparation of vouchers, coordinating audit processes, etc.
∎ iv. Be responsible for preparing budget forecast, fund received, made project expenditure, record keeping, ledger maintain, banking and monthly & quarterly financial report preparation and submission.
∎ v. Prepare the salary sheet of the project staff and maintains the FF&E items and store.
∎ vi. Ensuring payments to staffs on time as per policy. Safety of Petty Cash & Cheque Book and monitoring of budget.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
