Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
∎ Experience 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the travel or service industry.
∎ Age: 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (IAS/IFRS).
∎ Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
∎ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Familiarity with tax regulations, VAT, and compliance reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
∎ Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
∎ Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Monitor company expenses, track budgets, and prepare monthly cost reports.
∎ Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, and other compliance reports as required.
∎ Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
∎ Provide financial analysis and advice to management for decision-making purposes.
∎ Ensure the company's financial policies and procedures are followed.
