∎ Job Location: Patowartek, Inani, Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Cash Book , Ledger Book.
∎ Handing Office Petty Cash.
∎ Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
∎ Prepare Salary Sheet and review employee attendance.
∎ Must have knowledge of handing accounting software.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers ( Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Good Mathematical skills are required for this job.
∎ Beside processing cash, debit card and credit card transactions for guest.
∎ Identify customer issue, complaints and take necessary steps to correct them.
∎ keep the "Register Station "stoked with all necessary items.
∎ Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
∎ Must be able to make team with leadership.
∎ sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1- 2 years position.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
∎ Experince with general ledger function.
∎ Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
∎ Problem solving attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Digital Marking skill.
∎ Physical Features: Sound Health, energetic and presentable.
