Job Context:

∎ We are looking for Account Manager (Only Tobacco Relevant Trade Marketing Experience-holders shall Apply)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a mid to senior management role, reporting to Account Director
∎ Manage day to day operational activity for proper execution in respect to both quality and quantity aspects.
∎ Ensure the recruitment of people with right skill within the team and fill the vacancy within the specified time.
∎ Devise budget for campaigns. Prepare the region wise budget allocation and control the expenditure against budget for proper utilization of financial resources.
∎ Design & conceptualize campaign modality, activity & execution plan.
∎ Ensure compliance of HR practices (Recruitment, discontinuation, leave) are followed in the field team.
∎ Monitor national performance and design activities to overcome the gap from the performance goals.
∎ Provide end to end client service and ensure all stakeholders are on the same page.
∎ Manage daily, weekly, monthly and other (ad-hoc) reports and prepare required documentation. Also prepare periodic report of the evaluation done by Field team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years

∎ Good at in operating E-mail, Microsoft word, excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation.
∎ Be an excellent communicator
∎ Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively.
∎ Be interest in what motivates people.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to travel anytime and anywhere in Bangladesh as part of job requirement.
