Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or related field from any reputed university. Master's degree a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): account director, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing

Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate is a strong mediator and negotiator, with experience in managing multiple teams and clients. They also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise account managers, supervisors and executives.
∎ You will be the lead point of contact for portfolio clients and will serve as the ultimate company representative when finalizing contracts.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and guidance to account management team.
∎ Motivate team members to exceed expected goals.
∎ Prepare and deliver client presentations (i.e. operation plan, closing report, campaign insight, etc.), case studies and proposals.
∎ Preparing reports in PPT format based on analysis and presenting to clients and senior management of agency.
∎ Develop long and short term strategic plans in ppt for clients.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with client, ensuring better rating while agency evaluation.
∎ Manage client budgets and provide cost optimization solutions.
∎ Evaluate employee performance and review employee goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Five (5) years or more of relevant experience as an account manager, account director, trade marketing experience or related title in the industry
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent in English writing
∎ Ability to prepare effective power point presentation
∎ Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
∎ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
∎ Good analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A keen attention to detail skills
∎ Up to date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
∎ Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management
