Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of 3D modelling software and rendering techniques. The Architectural 3D Visualizer will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various architectural projects.
Responsibilities:·
Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and exteriors using 3D modelling software such as 3Ds Max, D5, SketchUp.
Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent design concepts.
Incorporate feedback from clients, architects, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations throughout the design process.
Produce high-quality animations, walkthroughs, and virtual tours to showcase design concepts and features.
Maintain a library of materials, textures, and assets for use in 3D visualizations and renderings.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques for architectural visualization, and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design ideas effectively.
