We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of 3D modelling software and rendering techniques. The Architectural 3D Visualizer will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various architectural projects.

Responsibilities:·        

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. 

• Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and exteriors using 3D modelling software such as 3Ds Max, D5, SketchUp.

• Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent design concepts.

•  Incorporate feedback from clients, architects, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations throughout the design process.        

• Produce high-quality animations, walkthroughs, and virtual tours to showcase design concepts and features.

• Maintain a library of materials, textures, and assets for use in 3D visualizations and renderings.

•  Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques for architectural visualization, and share knowledge with the team.

• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design ideas effectively.
