🔷 Job Responsibilities
বাস্তবসম্মত 3D Building Modeling, Exterior & Interior Rendering, Walkthrough Animation তৈরি করা।
Architectural plan, structural plan ও site data অনুযায়ী full 3D visualization প্রস্তুত করা।
Multi-storied building, commercial complex, residence, industrial buildingসহ corporate clients-এর জন্য premium-level elevation design তৈরি।
Ground floor plan, floor plan, contour, land shape অনুযায়ী accurate massing & 3D form develop করা।
Lumion / Twinmotion / D5/ Blender / Unreal Engine/ V-ray/ AI ব্যবহার করে 4K–12K realistic renders তৈরি করতে পারা।
AutoCAD drawing convert করে clean drafting এবং working details তৈরি।
MAXCITY Architects-এর design standard অনুযায়ী color theme, material, façade concept develop করা।
Client feedback অনুযায়ী দ্রুত revision ও final output delivery।

🔷 Requirements
Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior background হলে অগ্রাধিকার।
3D Modeling & Rendering-এ কমপক্ষে 2–5 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
Software Skills (required):
AutoCAD
SketchUp / Revit
3ds Max / Blender
Lumion / Twinmotion / Unreal Engine
D5/V-ray
Photoshop / Illustrator
High-end walkthrough animation (30 sec – 10 min) তৈরির দক্ষতা।
Corporate project visualization (commercial building, office tower, hospital, university, factory)-এ অভিজ্ঞতা হলে বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার।
দ্রুত কাজ ডেলিভারি ও প্রফেশনাল যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা।
