বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৪০ বছর।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর।
জাতীয় পর্যায়ের এনজিও-তে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে ৩ (তিন) বছর কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
অবশ্যই মোটরসাইকেল চালিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্সসহ মোটরসাইকেল থাকতে হবে।
