Overview

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Microfinance Programme is a structured development pathway designed to groom future leaders within the microfinance function. It integrates formal learning with hands-on operational exposure, going beyond a conventional entry-level role. Through close collaboration with frontline teams, they build strong practical insight, analytical capability, and a comprehensive understanding of SAJIDA’s grassroots impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of program across branches

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality service delivery, client engagement, and compliance with program guidelines

  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports on branch performance and program impact

  • Contribute to process improvement, digital tools adoption, and innovative approaches to enhance microfinance operations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Risk Management etc. to ensure smooth program execution

  • Participate in training, strategic reviews, and learning workshops to strengthen microfinance knowledge and leadership skills

Who We Are Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from reputed Public and Private Universities.

  • Tech-driven with strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Strong numerical skills with comfort in handling data and calculations.

  • Willingness to travel in field locations.
