Overview

Our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Development Programs is a structured pipeline designed to groom high-potential young professionals into future program leaders, offering a fast-track career path that integrates classroom learning, field immersion, cross-functional exposure, real-time project assignments, and direct mentoring from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of development programs.

• Conduct field visits and community engagement.

• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and impact documentation.

• Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and program improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, M&E).

• Participate in strategic review and learning workshops.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, MIS, Economics, Public Health, Development Studies, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical skills with interest in data and performance metrics.

• Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic automation platforms.

• Naturally curious about systems, with the ability to simplify and digitize processes.

• Confidence to explore technology-enabled solutions.

• Willingness to travel extensively to field locations.
