• Must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and have a valid driving license (learner license holders will not be given priority).
• Computer literacy: MS Office applications on the computer.

Satkhira Unnayan Sangstha (SUS), a non-governmental voluntary organization (MRA licensee no: 00895-00696-00225) working in Khulna division (Satkhira, Khulna, Bagerhat, Jessore, Narail, Jhenaidah districts), has been conducting various developmental activities for the development of the poor. The organization will be implemented in Tala Upazila of Satkhira district under the "Agriculture Unit" funded by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). It will work to increase the income of marginal and small farmers/entrepreneurs in the market, ensure food security and improve family nutrition. Work will be done to increase the scope of enterprises and expand enterprises through skill development in modern production methods of members and strong market connections.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain organic agriculture and demonstration farms in the project area.

• Conduct eco-friendly agriculture and livelihood training for farmers, women and youth.

• Conduct farm visits, nature trails and educational activities for visitors.

• Develop and implement seasonal agro-tourism packages (Harvesting, Planting, Rural Experience).

• Coordinate educational visits of schools, colleges, universities and research teams.

• Farmers should be trained in modern agricultural technology.

• Develop homestay and rural product sales activities by ensuring local community participation.

• Implement waste management, plastic-free areas and environmental protection measures.

• Monitor tree plantation, biodiversity conservation and water and soil conservation activities.

• Ensure tourist safety, code of conduct and visitor management.

• Assist in the management of tourism income, entry fees and farm product sales.

• Assist in the creation of social media, documentation and promotional content.

• Collect tourist feedback and take initiatives to improve visitor satisfaction.

• Maintain daily activity records and prepare monthly and Prepare quarterly reports.

• Coordinate with local administration, community and partner organizations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the project authority

• Salary: Monthly salary 30000-35000 will be paid.
