Educational Requirements:
∎ MA/MSC/BSC in Agriculture from any reputed university having experience in sales of pesticide & Fertilizer industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan & execute the sales distribution strategy & execution in zone & territories, organize the work priorities, lead the zonal sales team & sales activities to increase the sales volume and sales margins by high level of service to the existing customers, generation of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions.
∎ Monitoring Sales individuals to achieve sales & recovery target.
∎ Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
∎ Explain product features, characteristics, and quality to the customers.
∎ Keep communication with customers through physical visit.
∎ Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for the supervisor.
∎ Compile and provide the customers feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Maintain strong relation with existing clients.
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
∎ Gathering information about the competitors and providing it to the management. Keep update on market intelligence.
∎ Create data base of potential customer for new sales and building a good relationship with them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Communication, CRM skills, Customer Relation, Risk Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Chemical, Cost and budget, Office Management, Sales & Marketing, Team Leadership.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and English language.
