Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): business developemnt, Dealer Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Target
∎ Dealer Management
∎ Product availability and POSM visibility target achievement
∎ Create new area/ Market Development
∎ Train & supervise field level sales personnel
∎ Visit different Market/ Area
∎ Focus model lifting pattern
∎ Ensure SKU availability as per guideline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in communication both in English & Bangla.
∎ Experience & proven track record in similar field will be given major preference.
∎ Moderate Computer knowledge along with MS Package is a must.
∎ Candidates without having experience in dealer & retailer management are discouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
