Job Context:
∎ Social Advancement Through Unity (SATU) is a National level development organization established in 1991. SATU is implementing different development projects in Bangladesh. Now SATU is going to recruit some skilled, energetic & qualified person as Zonal Manager, Grade: 06 at ongoing microcredit program.
∎ The job locations for selected candidates will be in Tangail and adjacent districts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement micro credit program through 20-30 branch offices, following organizational policies and practices.
∎ To conduct monitoring & supervision effectively and qualitatively.
∎ To ensure effective involvement in yearly project planning, budgeting and program implementation process.
∎ To provide supports to the Branch Managers & Area Manager to implement the micro-credit program smoothly.
∎ To mobilize and strengthen the Groups (Samity) through regular field visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years working experiences in any development organization especially in PKSF funded microcredit program as a Zonal Manager with capability to implement microcredit program through 20-30 branch offices.
∎ Proficiency in necessary computer applications, e.g. MS word, Excels, Power point & Internet browsing and micro-fin 360 or use of relevant software.
∎ Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, government officials and civil society.
∎ Candidates should have capability to manage a team and knowledge about Monitoring & Evaluation system, preparing monitoring tools and techniques.
∎ Should have problem solving and prompt decision making capacity.
∎ Should have commitment to follow the organizational Aims/Goal, values and principal and policies.
∎ Should have Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership and management skills.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly progress report and submit to the concerned authority.
∎ Capability will have to check all bills & vouchers of the all transactions.
∎ Candidate's should have valid motor cycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ Probation Period At least 6 Months. During the probation period, it will be Tk.38,102/- and after confirmation, it will be Tk. 47,628/-.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly mobile bill, fuel for motorcycle, free single accommodation will be provided and as per organizational service rules, staffs will be provided with yearly 3 bonus, CPF after successfully completion of the probation period and also will get gratuity facilities (After 5 years completion of the service period, 1 basic per year, after 10 years- 2 basic per year and after 15 years-3 basic per year.)
