Job Context:
∎ Social Advancement Through Unity (SATU) is a National level development organization established in 1991. SATU is implementing different development projects in Bangladesh. Now SATU is going to recruit some skilled, energetic & qualified person as branch managers, Grade: 8.2 at ongoing microcredit program.
∎ Job location for selected candidates will be in Tangail and adjacent districts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Annual action Plan and budget according to organizational target and implement the activities as per plan
∎ Provides support to COs for formation of groups, selection of members as per organization policy
∎ Regular effective group (Somity) visit and checking passbook, loan application, household visit of beneficiaries and propose and ongoing project
∎ Disseminate equal job assignment among the COs and follow up regularly
∎ Checking regular collection sheets of all COs, collection amount, targeted savings and loan disbursement etc.
∎ Find out the new entrepreneur for enlisting with the program
∎ Checking and approve all bill/vouchers and cashbook, ledger book and others necessary registers through Microfin360 software.
∎ Prepare and checking AIS and MIS report
∎ Take proper action to recovery dues loan and regular communicate with defaulter members
∎ Take measures to prevent new dues and expansion of the program
∎ Maintain organization policies and procedure
∎ Act as an in-charge of the branch, maintaining liaison with local elite, UP representatives, govt. Official and others development organization.
∎ Perform any other job responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years of practical working experience as Branch Manager especially PKSF funded program.
Salary:
∎ Probation Period: 6 (Six) months.During the probation period, it will be Tk.22,877/- and after confirmation, it will be Tk. 28,597/- .
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly mobile bill, fuel for motorcycle, free single accommodation will be provided and as per organizational service rules, staffs will be provided with yearly 3 bonus, CPF after successfully completion of the probation period and also will get gratuity facilities (After 5 years completion of the service period, 1 basic per year, after 10 years- 2 basic per year and after 15 years-3 basic per year.)
