∎ Preferred postgraduate in any subject.
∎ Educational qualification will be flexible for experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to the overall growth of the Project- build relationships with mothers & Children in brothel community and outside community.
∎ Prepares for NightCare each evening- prepare age-appropriate lesson plans; purchase food and supplies; ensure the center is set up, clean and prepare forms for NightCare.
∎ Oversee NightCare check in and check out- ensure that all mothers have felt out the Child Information Form and checked their children in or out and that attendance is accurately recorded each night appropriately.
∎ Oversee NightCare Project- To provide a warm and nurturing environment; ensure the safety of each child, oversee the NightCare schedule (check-in, bath, food, lesson time, play time, bedtime, check-out); maintain a log of any accidents, incidents or medical concerns, oversee and document first aid and medicine administration.
∎ Manage NightCare Nannies- ensure all Nannies and visitors operate according to proper NightCare policies and procedures; provide regular coaching as needed; conduct necessary meetings and trainings to create an organized, growth-oriented atmosphere.
∎ Mandatory Term & condition:
∎ Consented to work with brothel community children and their mothers.
∎ Interested in overnight stay at NightCare campus with Caretaker (Nannies) and Children.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 2 Year's working experience in similar position with Brothel's mothers & Children or related field.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated and will depend on educational & experience attainment.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per project budget .
