∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Proven success history in motorcycle sales profession with experience in automobiles industry will get preference.
∎ Strong leadership of Interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft office suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop of implement sales strategies to achieve divisional sales target (in terms of value and volume) and ensure optimum products distribution of visibility in the market.
∎ Create new dealers for setting more products and maintain good relation with dealers and other external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare periodic sale report and analyzes performance against programs and plan to determine effectiveness.
∎ Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, sales planning, evaluation of sales planning of prepare action plan.
∎ Give regular update to Head of sales.
∎ Should be dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach to achieving goal.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
