Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and assign sales targets for individual City and Branch-In-Charge of Cargo Parcel Dept.
∎ Achieve daily and monthly sales target for assigned Zone as per monthly/quarterly business plan.
∎ Conduct need analysis of corporate customers and initiate sales acquisition.
∎ Monitor and implement business expansion plan through market coverage and setup new Branch offices.
∎ Supervise administrative activity, billing and cash reconciliation, service/claim issues based on organizational rules and regulations.
∎ Generate new customer base through continuous visit, essential marketing activities and new lead follow-up.
∎ Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) and enhance sales volume through reducing delivery error.
∎ Identify and visit zone's potential corporate offices as and when required.
∎ Prepare frequent activation and promotion plan in branch level to increase service visibility.
∎ Train and develop subordinates to ensure maximum people optimization.

∎ Ensure strict deadline and service quality for parcel delivery.
∎ Maintain proper communication with external and internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure customer and merchant satisfaction.
